Initial Discovery Call
Let's chat. This free 30-minute call allows us to find out about each other. You'll learn what a coach can do for you.
We'll go over things like confidentiality, coach & client roles, and some basic policies and procedures. I'll answer any questions you might have.
Foundation Session
Once we agree to work together, we'll meet for a more extended 60-90 minute session. We uncover more about your story and what matters most to you.
You define your larger why and your highest values, and we shine a light on your character strengths and what makes you 'you.' This is a time to take stock of where you are and where you ideally want to be and then co-create an initial plan to get there.
Follow Up Sessions
These 30-45 minute sessions are where we build on what you've learned so far. I support you in choosing action, learning, or thinking goals to navigate the path forward. We plant success by finding ways to keep you on track, getting support, and smoothing out rough places that could trip you up on the path.
This isn't a question/answer type of conversation; it's a collaboration where we might go deeper to notice any patterns that could hold you back or propel you forward. It is always driven by what is best for you!
Final Session
Let's celebrate YOUR WINS! I help you see the valiant effort and energy you applied to reach your outcomes. You'll see the abundant blooms of success that seemed small when you started.
You'll have a bouquet made of the learning, discovery, and insight you gained! We'll work on a maintenance strategy to keep you growing. Some clients continue for another 12 weeks or enter a 'maintenance' program to keep the momentum toward lasting change.
My coaching practice, including client info, and correspondence, is contained within a HIPAA compliant portal, PracticeBetter. Once you commit to a package, I will send a link for you to register.

How long does it take to change?It depends. I notice that it takes an average of 12 weeks to begin making and sustaining changes. Some people come back for maintenance coaching after the first 12 weeks. You and I will probably agree that you want long-lasting, sustainable change, not a temporary quick fix. Growth is a journey, and that takes time.

How often do we need to meet?In a 12-week coaching contract, you have choices. We can meet once weekly or twice monthly, depending on your preference.

Will you tell me what to do?Yes and No. If bits of information will help you achieve your goals, sure, I'll offer it but always with permission and respect. When it comes to what you want and need, YOU are an expert on yourself so I always defer to what you already know. We work together to find and apply all the resources you need.
